WARNING

As of December 2025, all direct calls to the Resamania API will no longer be supported. To continue using our services, you must migrate to the API Gateway.

Already integrated with our APIs but not yet using the Gateway?

Contact us at api@resamania.fr with the following information:

  • Your company name
  • Your technical contact's details
  • The first few digits of your OAuth key (example : 123_abc)

Our team will create a Gravitee account for you and provide you with the necessary access. Please note: This email address is reserved exclusively for our already integrated partners.

I am not yet a partner ​

If you have an integration project with our APIs/webhooks, here are the steps to get started:

If we already have a common client, invite them to contact their sales representative to explain their needs.

We will then conduct a "kick-off" meeting where we will discuss your requirements, explain our integration processes, and guide you on the proper implementation of your project.

You will then receive access to our "sandbox" environment where you can conduct your tests. This is where you will obtain access to our API Gateway and its developer portal.

NOTE

The sandbox environment contains test data, not the final data from the production environment. We do not provide production data in testing environments.

Once your developments are complete, you will need to go through a testing phase: by making all your calls within a given time window, our team will review them to validate the opening of the endpoints on the production servers.

You will then obtain access to the production servers.

I want to become a marketplace partner, but I don’t have a common client yet ​

I am already a partner and want to open new endpoints ​

You must go through a testing phase in the sandbox environment again so that our team can review your use of these new endpoints before opening them in production environments.

I am already a partner and want to integrate with other Resamania clients ​

Our common client can send an email to our support team (supportv2@resamania.fr) to request access. They must provide a waiver authorizing you to access their data.
